You must check the Website before travelling to the Event for the latest version of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your stay and for guidance on any health and safety measures in effectual though the Company will notify you of any changes via email to the email address you provided when purchasing your tickets if there are changes that materially affect your rights as a consumer (for example if the Company is required to reduce the number of tickets available at the Event and is therefore unable to guarantee you access).
3.2 Admittance to the Event is subject to adherence to the rules and regulations of the Event including compliance with all restrictions or further conditions imposed on Guests under this clause 4 and it is the responsibility of all Guests to ensure they are able to comply with such rules and regulations. It is each Guest’s sole decision to attend the Event acknowledging that they do so at their own risk. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety and must not solely rely on the measures put in place by the Company.
4 TICKETING
4.1 Tickets for Individual Guests
4.1.1 Each Guest must purchase a Ticket and every Guest entering the Event is required to have a valid Ticket. The age on the ticket reflects the age of the Guest at the time of entry at the festival if that differs to the time of purchase.
4.1.2 Proof of age may be required from anyone attending the Event and all Guests may be required to provide photographic identification (‘ID’) on request. Failure to provide a valid ID on request may result in the Guest being refused admission or paying to upgrade their ticket to the correct age bracket as deemed by a representative of the Company.
4.1.3 The Event has an area with accessible toilets and showers reserved for blue badge holders (the “Disabled Access Area”).
4.1.4 Each Guest presenting a valid Ticket will be given a wristband on arrival at the Event. The wristband must be kept intact for the duration of the Guest’s stay and is not transferable. As a rule of thumb, a pitch should be around 7 x 8m. Live-In Pitches cannot be reserved or booked as they are allocated on a first come first served basis. The Company cannot guarantee that members of the same Group will be allocated adjacent pitches, particularly if they do not travel together.

If the Guest’s card is declined, the Company’s ticketing partner Kaboodle may update the expiry date on its records and attempt to process the payment again. If the Guest’s card is declined again, the Guest will be contacted for an alternative card. Any alternative card must belong to, and be in the name of, the original purchaser. If the Guest’s ticketing partner Kaboodle is not provided with an alternative card within 5 days of the due date, all tickets purchased by the Guesr under that Payment Plan will be void, but the Guest will not receive a refund for any previous Instalments (including service charges) already made.
